The Nakayo Group constantly strives to fulfill the management ideals propounded by its founder Yoichiro Nakamura. These ideals are that: (1) Our company exists for the community; (2) Our company must be relevant to the current times; and (3) Our company must continually grow and expand as part of society.
We will strive to speedily respond to a changing world and do our utmost to serve others while continually bearing these "3 principles" deep within our minds.
